The hotel is in an excellent location across the road from the waterfront harbour area of the city.

Standard rooms have fantastic views over the Waitemata Harbour consist of Twin Beds. Room amenities include Sky TV, mini-bar, refrigerator, dial up internet access, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, Clock/radio, IDD telephone.

One of the best located hotels in Auckland, restaurants, bars, shopping is all on the doorstep of the hotel. Water-based activities, such as sailing, harbour cruises, dolphin cruises and ferries to the outer islands are just across the road. The hotel has benefitted from a refurbishment, including new carpets and bedspreads throughout. All windows now soundproofed. Excellent value for all travellers. SE1208
