The hotel is located in the area of Fertilia, just outside Alghero's centre. The hotel, although located outside of Alghero, is just in front of the marina and so can be ideal for tourists.

The rooms are large and kept in good condition. The furniture is modern, simple and functional. The bathrooms are medium in size and in good condition.

The restaurant on the ground floor offers both regional and Italian cuisine.

This is a purpose-built building, just on the seafront.

The lobby is medium in size, simply decorated with a comfortable seating area.
