The hotel is located very close to the city centre, in a quiet residential road, only 500m from the seafront.

The rooms are of medium size and in excellent condition. All have been decorated with very pleasant Sardinian handmade furniture and all are very comfortable. All are equipped with every modern facility. The bathrooms are medium in size and in excellent condition, with very pleasant mosaic tiling.
exterior
This is a newly-built structure in keeping with the surrounding buildings.
lobby
The lobby is medium in size and is decorated in a contemporary but nevetheless Sardinian style. Adjacent to the main lobby there is a comfortable seating area.
general

There is no restaurant, only a breakfast lounge.
