Hotel offers a very central location with well priced rooms. This hotel has undergone massive refusbishement in 2007 to an excellent standard.

The lobby is medimum in size and "old world" style with some seating available. Pleanty of holiday brochures with local and regional tours. There is also internet access available.
exterior
A landmark building with facade and character maintained. Table service available in front of the hotel.
restaurant
The Federal Restaurant and Bar is located in the foyer of the hotel. The bar features a flat screen TV and 2 internet terminals for guests to use. The Breakfast room is located on the first floor. Following an extensive AUD?100,000 refurbishment, the Federal now features new furnishings within the restaurant as well as comfortable new sofas in the lounge area and a refitted bar. Al fresco dining available at the front of the hotel.
location
The hotel has a fantastic location opposite the Casino, Convention Centre, Festival Centre and the Railway Station and is just a few minutes walk to the Commercial Centre. Only 1 block from Rundle Mall Shopping Centre.
