general
The hotel offers private parking, beach plus a small pool opened in summer season. However, the beach service is not included in the room cost, a small on the spot supplement is payable for the use of this. This is one of the best hotels in the area. (DC 10/08)
lobby
The lobby is large and it is there that the hotel's American bar is situated. There are many sofas around the lobby as well as a number of plants.
exterior
This is a tower-like building, facing the sea.
restaurant
The restaurant is based on the first floor and it is very bright and luminous area with windows overlooking the sea. It serves local and regional Italian cuisine.
rooms
All rooms are new and very well furnished with modern facilities. They are all of the same standard, although the single rooms are quite small. The sea is visible from each room.
location
The hotel is located in the "Zona Grandi Alberghi", which means "big hotels' area". Montesilvano Marina is the tourist area of Pescara where all the large hotels and residences are situated. This area is modern and was established in the 1970s.
